We bake our own range of artisan bread in La Boulange, our bakery, at 10 Bruntsfield Place.

We use French flour from Les Grands Moulins De Paris with no additives. 

All our bread doughs are slowly fermented for a richer taste and better shelf life.

We deliver our bread fresh to all our shops so you can enjoy the real French bread experience across Edinburgh daily.
